The shaft-driven transmission promises to be light on maintenance, and elements like the five-speed gearbox and simple instrumentation hearken back to simpler times, as does the continued absence of ABS.Since its introduction in 2006, the Boulevard M109R has become a favorite for many, particularly for taller riders who appreciate its low-slung and expansive cockpit. It also has ample power output and a unique aesthetic.
