This April, riders will be able to get their hands on the 2024 Honda CRF300L dual sport, a platform that makes dual sporting easy and accessible to a wide range of riders. The bike will be available in ABS, non-ABS, and low-seat iterations ranging in price from $5,449 to $5,749.The 2024 Honda CRF300L will be available in ABS and non-ABS options. (Honda/)Last year American Honda expanded its CRF300L line with the LS edition, giving riders with a shorter inseam a more comfortable option with a 2-inch-shorter seat height. This year is status quo for the platform. This entry-point dual sport has been a consistent mover for Honda, growing in 2021 from a 250cc platform to the 286cc mill we have before us today. That displacement bump wasn’t the end of the matter either, as Honda also improved the intake and exhaust system, transmission, and overall weight. On the trail the 300L is capable and amenable, not out to win any competitions but also completely ready to handle terrain that most dual sport riders would face, particularly those new to the segment. The single-cylinder mill is smooth, the slim chassis and cockpit are nimble and accommodating, and there are even a few touches like built-in cargo hooks to help make the bike even more useful to riders off the showroom floor. As a starter bike, an entry platform to a new riding segment, or a reliable workhorse in a stable of many machines, the 300L has a place for those looking to expand their ride territory without draining their bank account.2024 Honda CRF300L Dual Sport Technical Specifications and Price
